- 2-4 years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing, ideally within the technology industry and as a member of a demand generation marketing team

About The Role
The Junior Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a variety of content projects and integrated marketing campaigns for our clients as well as lead and support key accounts. As a key member of the Launch team, this individual should be a strong and passionate content writer who will work closely with and be supported by other team members on projects and campaigns. Role details include:
- Drive a multitude of writing projects including developing or refining content to align with a client’s target audience’s needs and pain points, in order to differentiate them from the competition and help them stand out in their market space
- Ramp up quickly in client industry knowledge and become subject matter expert for content development, messaging and strategy
- Lead small and midsize engagements and support account leads on accounts of all sizes
- Leading engagements: Be the main point of contact for select accounts, lead day-to-day activities and ongoing management of an account
- Supporting account leads: Act in a support role on select accounts contributing valuable insights and playing a key role in final deliverables
- Contribute to internal thought leadership projects by researching, developing and refining webinars, presentations and other event-based opportunities
- Expand client engagements through authentic conversation and collaboration and assist in estimating and scoping projects
- Maintain billable time at > 70%
- Implement marketing activities for your accounts and support others’ accounts, including:
- Lead / support the development of applicable content
- Identify and manage resources needed to complete various aspects of the work
- Work closely with team members on campaign execution
- Monitor, analyze and report on campaign results
- Provide recommendations to continually increase campaign effectiveness
- Ensure clients maintain a high level of satisfaction with the work and results achieved
